By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with mouse IgG and with light chains common to other mouse immunoglobulins. Reactivity with non- immunoglobulin serum proteins is not detected. This antibody may cross-react with IgG from other species.

ELISA: 1:1,000-1:100,000

Western Blot: 1:1,000-1:30,000

Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:500

Immunocytochemistry: 1:200-1:500

Prepare working dilutions immediately before use. These are recommended dilutions. User should determine optimal dilutions for their applications.

Store at 2-8oC. Shelf life is one (1) year from date of receipt.
